Hello dear readers (and listeners). You have found Ulysses V. The Texian Space Port for your Soul. Thank you for coming onboard. I have been quite busy lately, with what? You wonder sometimes how life flies by and at the end of the day you ask yourself what have I really done?
Anyway here is a new entry by your favorite Prophet and Time Traveler. I gotta get back into writing again – was busy with nothing. So what’s new?
First of all I got a domain name for my blog/website. Domain name is http://theemperoroftexas.com. I am starting a new season. So far I have written three inspirational books – Old junk new junk, A Wake Up Synopsis and Goodmorning..
I know in me hides the greatest writer of all time. For that I have gotta reach my one millionth word online. Only then will I be able to take myself serious as a writer. Well, something like that. It’s just a phrase I keep repeating.
Blogging is fun. To find readers is not that easy. Thus far I have managed to gather a couple of faithful readers. About fifteen or so. You can subscribe to my newsletter when clicking the link you just read.
I am not sure what this Season will bring as Spring slowly gets nearer. Somehow Winter is not my favorite season. Summer is! Also don’t forget to read my Poetry on everypoet.net. A great Poetry site which is sometimes slightly slow to hook on to.
My latest poem is called ‘It’s Not Yet The Equinox(A Weather Poem)’.
I have to get back to writing some new Poetry. Poetry elevates my Spirit to unknown heights! Reading and writing is one of our Major gifts.
Second of all ... No time. Gotta do some web organizing. I gotta get the mechanics of my blog/website rolling again as I start a new Season. That's it for today folks. Well, not exactly. Every Season I end with something new. For example my location on an other planet or as I time Travel in an other era or Time Dimension. Sometimes I end with the Weather forecast or my favorite Music and many other things. This time it's my old love that I have picked up. Don't forget to read the Appendix.

I am looking for new challenges at the moment and my love life sucks. So I have taken some time to watch some movies again. I had neglected for a long time my love. I am big movie lover. A couple of movies I have watched lately are:
The Interview directed by Craig Monahan. A great Australian movie with a somewhat unclear ending. Still beautiful cinematography. Highly unrealistic though. It’s a director that has turned writer. He does both. His camera work is of the Genius.
Stranger Than Fiction. Well what to say? A beautiful story with a happy ending in multiple fractures!
Black Swan. Nathalie Portman does a good job at her Ballet. A pity for the special effects. The theme of the story is excellent and should have been more than enough. It’s about the complications of a innocent girl in modern life with all its complications. Gives us a good insight into 'the corruption in Ballet'. Still worth seeing. Also the theme could be widened to any good Youth subject.
The Company Men. A beautiful Hollywood movie with a happy ending. It just shows us Europeans how we suck. In the U.S. no job means no food. Great overcoming of unemployment in the higher sectors of the Job Market.
Red Hill. A Pictureseque movie old Skool and great a revenge flick. I will not spoil it for you. Obviously low budget. I was sitting on the edge of my seat all the way! Australia keeps the Mad Max tradition alive with this movie. It contains all the elements of a good movie. Family, revenge, Good guys, bad guys and good old fashioned Heroics.
Un prophète. A great Jail movie with a happy ending. A Cannes winner! It was the first time I saw it. Calling myself a Prophet somehow makes more sense since I saw this film. It added a dimension to what I felt I meant by calling myself a Prophet. You see what I mean?
