Victory is back in the originating kingdom of chess for the fifth time in a row!

The world championship title remains in Anand’s hands. The origin of chess is unknown exactly. India is to be thought as the most likely birth place of chess together with Persia. Most agree that it originated in India. There is almost no doubt anymore on its origin.

The World Championship series of matches was decided in extended blitz chess. The regular matches brought a draw. Anand proved his nerves once more. He is well-known for being a good blitz player. Still the pressure could have put him off. It didn’t. Gelfland could not really control the blitz pressure and lost. Anand only needed to draw in order to retain his title. He won the blitz by a point which makes him THE UNDISPUTED WORLD CHAMPION for the fifth time in a row.

Since Karpov and Kasparov nobody really has the level required except Anand. Kramnik, another good player, can at times be of the highest level. Not consistently though as Karpov and Kasparov could. Kasparov needed always a lot of help and used computer models to win. Karpov was a true chess player as is Anand. So it is only with merit that he won.

Chess is the most beautiful board game on the planet! It is an expressive game requiring an artistic fluency of shapes in the brain. The most talented player ever was Bobby Fischer. Anand is very talented and almost unbeatable. It will take some time before any player can really outclass him.

Viswanathan Anand is the best professional chess player in the world and A TRUE WORLD CHAMPION. An honor only few have achieved.

The US is at this moment in a severe economic crisis. We must change our ways of surviving! The economy world wide is not going to get any better. Especially not in the West. Greed is everywhere. This must be combated. It is already a miracle that we just manage. The greedy people are destroying life in all its aspects, including basic healthcare, food supplies, and the job market. If we are to keep the economic level as it is today, this already is an achievement on itself.

People, however, can help each other and must stop hoping that the economy will get better and live as before. It won't. So it is time that people start helping each other, especially in the US. Money can be surpassed, happiness has no price. The true American dream is not only a dream. Make it your lifestyle! PASS IT ON ... pass it on ...

Dear President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle:

Enclosed in this letter, is an idea, The Trading Post Bank, a Moral Stimulus Plan 2012; a means to return to a banking system with no ties to money. It is time to return to the virtues of our founding mothers and fathers: compassion, commitment, honor, perseverance, and the value of time and talent.

I marvel at the wisdom of the ages, and know that history stands with us as we labor to reinvest our hearts in what is now, “Earth’s Dream”.

The “American Dream” has NOT failed us; it was the seed that brought our Earth to where we now stand.

The noblest of spirits knows and recognizes labor as a means to share our worth, individually and collectively. To diminish the ethic of the labor force is to diminish all that is.

I retreat from writing poetry today, to offer a poet’s thought (The Trading Post Bank), a potential hook to hang the world’s hurting hearts upon.

Love is the preface of all good things to come, and love will be the epilogue of all that comes to pass. In my life experience, I have learned time, and time again, that love endures all things. Love is of God; it is not a division in thought, it is what unites us.

I have been an unemployed American school teacher for over two years now. In my attempts to be gainfully employed, I moved from Orange County, California to Dallas, Texas 18 months ago. Mind you, I have applied for entry level work too, and have not met with success to date.

I have joined networking groups, and I have gone to classes for improving my skills as an applicant. There are too many people marketing skills for a non-work economy; this is a factor because it is costly, especially when one takes out student loans that are difficult to repay in this world market.

In no uncertain terms, I see the lights of the engine that rides the rails that so many Americans and non-Americans are currently standing on. We are in peril on American tracks. Our world is changing so quickly, and the questions we all have, are as important as the answers we have yet to find.

We cannot afford to stand idle; we must diminish any notion that our future is being held captive by fear; or by the purse strings of those that would extinguish hope for gain.

I come to you, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle, with no credentials in economics, and clearly no resources to maintain my household at age 60. I come to you today, with an idea that could change the course of our way of banking, The Trading Post Bank.

I am writing to propose a Moral Stimulus, a bail-out plan for those that cannot meet their basic needs because of a failing world economy. My idea was formed by the wealth of culture that our first Americans gave us, trading posts.

Imagine a phone/computer application that gives citizens an opportunity to invest time in The Trading Post Bank. Time would be defined by confirmed talents that the individual has:

For example: I am an unemployed, former California credentialed school teacher, with talents/time to: teach, tutor, write, type, child care, elder care, answer phones, organize files, wedding/funeral vocalist, teach vocal music … etc.

An individual or company could hire me and record my skill(s) and time vested in the The Trading Post Bank. I believe there are too many employers holding Americans captive as free laborers or college interns. I understand volunteerism and I understand internships, but they should be the icing on the cake, not the cake.

The time vested (a market value) in The Trading Post Bank would be used to trade for the skills (market value) of another.

For example: I would like to trade my skill's time in to get my car’s oil changed, and my brakes checked.

The Trading Post Bank would be a way for us to help each other without ever exchanging money. As the expression goes, “time is money and talent is treasure”. We may not have jobs, but we certainly have time and treasure … right?

I have survived this horrific economy as a result of inheritance and the love of some friends, and family members. I know there are countless Americans that have not had the cushion that I have had to date. The Trading Post Bank idea is a result of me thinking about the “what if factors”(?).

When one has worked hard and studied hard all their life to be a productive member of society, and the economy does not support their efforts, life seems meaningless. I do not want anyone to feel they are meaningless. The Trading Post Bank would be our Moral Stimulus Plan.

I did not write a poem today. I elected to share an idea, an idea that could be the answer we are all looking for. The Trading Post Bank would not be like putting the finger in the dam, it would be correcting the infrastructure of our cities, our states, our nations, our world; as we learn to trade again.

Yes, one person does make a difference. I have been the recipient of many that care. I have been entertained by angels, of Earth and of Heaven. We do not need to look any further than our own hearts, to find what we really need.

I am a firm believer that we should return to the arts, and I am proud of any individual or organization that brings individual expression to the forefront. The arts define our spirit, to not have them, is to extinguish hope.

Thank you so much for your interest in my idea (The Trading Post Bank), and I pray that this becomes a catalyst for discussion, and a means to bring us all into “Earth’s Dream”.

I would love to be part of a study group that finds a way and a means to bring “Earth’s Dream” (as it relates to education, the arts, and the environment) to fruition.

To linger in unemployment, is to linger in a world ready to lose its identity. It is time to define the nature of the beast, and how we will fight for our freedoms, and our pursuit of happiness today, and tomorrow. In God we must trust.

The Purpose of Our Humanity

The purpose of our Humanity (being human) is to move towards the realization of the Union of Matter and Spirit. Spirit has perspective. Matter has potency. Spirit grounded into Matter is what can move mountains. Being ungrounded is as unhealthy/unbalanced as being deeply rooted into ego attachments. Balance is key.

Notice how many of us can sometimes "talk the talk" but not "walk the talk or walk the walk"? It would be those of us during times when we could not ground our spiritual understanding into our very own lives and humanness. It is therefore important to know that although we are vast multidimensional beings, if we are steeped into the illusion of separation, the Seeds of Greatness and the I AM presence within or the Spark of God, remain asleep within us until these seeds are awakened into the sacred unity of all things and beings across time and space and beyond.  We awaken the Divine seed in us through the love, understanding, and wisdom that we gather and cultivate through our moment by moment experiences. 

So let's ask ourselves, "What have I done lately to express the love that I have inside of me to myself and all my other selves in the universe and beyond? Have I listened to my heart lately? Have I been compassionate and helpful to my brothers and sisters today? How can I gather more understanding of Self beyond understanding my smaller individual self? How can I understand my neighbor and my world better? There must be a reason why I have incarnated on Earth in this lifetime...How can I make the most of my stay?". ♥

Spring has lifted off to a tropical Amsterdam…

Amsterdam weather is booming! It’s a most beautiful day with the local temperature reaching 75 degrees Fahrenheit. Humidity is a good 65% bringing a tropical atmosphere to the city. The Wind is mainly blowing from an Eastern direction adding to the tropical feel and giving it an Indian Summer Feel already in May. It’s a more than pleasant day and the weather forecast for the comin’ days is even better. Visibility is almost without any limitation. The Sun should set in approximately 7 hours from now. I can see in the distance the Green of Spring everywhere!

Global warming, even though sometimes pleasant, is a fact. Don’t forget to sponsor your local Green environment. We must make sure the Planet doesn’t overheat. It can be done easily. All you have to do is sponsor your local Green environment.

Love, can love find the terms?

A Church clock strays endless in the distance. It is as if, then suddenly a tired Bell stops. The Sun everlasting still just under Twelve.

Philosophy finds refuge upon the Birds chanting, upon another thundering of a Bell at exactly 5 and 30 minutes in the afternoon.

Morality need not find refuge. How to cope with two? And even three. I miss both. Can I be good to both? Tonight I see one. Maybe even both.

There's stands another soldier with his own traumatic stress

He's driving a tank through the sand, watching all the destruction on the screen

Cause they work us hard every day and every night. And I'm finding out it takes a whole lot of work to cover up stuff that just ain't right
